The bathroom sharing situation could really be smoother!!! Subpar lighting in rooms left me fumbling with a headtorch!!! The strict signage about rules felt overly controlling!!!

Chimneys B&B was such a chill spot! Loved the quiet country feel, perfect for unwinding after exploring Ipswich. Carolyn was super accommodating, though I wasn’t a fan of the strict house policies. Breakfast was tasty but note there's a little extra for options.

I had a delightful experience at this peaceful location, which was just a short distance from the sights of Ipswich. The host was incredibly welcoming, and I appreciated the prompt communication throughout my stay. The on-site parking was a great bonus, making it easy to come and go. Had an awesome time with friends! The location has so many wonderful walks right from the doorstep. We enjoyed Alton Water Sports nearby. The picnic area was perfect for our lunch breaks, and bike rentals made exploring easy. Recommended for group trips!

One of my friends found the Wi-Fi connection a bit weak in certain areas, which made it tricky to stay connected.

Had a wonderful stay. peaceful surroundings and a lovely garden view. The friendly host made everything easy, and I enjoyed the outdoor dining area. Breakfast was delightful, but it would be nice if more options were included.

Some of the house rules felt a bit excessive. and the bed wasn't the most comfortable during my stay.
